Where can I get my race packet?

Packets can be picked up prior to the race at the Registration/Packet Pickup station located on the map starting at 7am on race day.

Is there a refund or race change policy?

There are no refunds. You may defer your race for the next year up until September 20th

What kind of timing device is used?

Classic Race Management will be timing the races.

Are strollers allowed?

On the 5k course only will strollers be allowed but you will have to line up in the back behind runners without strollers. No dogs, bikes, skateboard, or rollerblades or scooters.

Are there bathrooms?

Yes. The restrooms will be located inside at PRP Fire Station 6, and Riverview Park.

How many aid stations are there?

There is one aid station with staff that is trained as EMT’s and Paramedics.   More specifics will be provided in pre-race emails.

Is there a time limit? What time will the course be closing?

The time limit is 1hour & 39 mins. The course will be closing at 9:30 am, which is a 18 min/mile pace for the 5k race/walk

Where is the best place for my family and friends to watch and cheer?

Look for the cheer sections on the course map

Where should I park?

You will be able to use PRP Fire Station 6 Lower and upper lots.  Once those spots fill, Riverview Park has three designated parking areas.  

Will there be a gear check?

Yes. The gear check will be located in a PRP Fire District Rehab truck near the registration booth/tent.

All registrants have the opportunity to donate to WHAS Crusade for Children to support the Crusade’s primary mission of helping children in need!  There will buckets/boots placed in designated areas for persons to donate.

Participants who donate will receive a Team Crusade for Children light stick and Crusade lapel so they can show their support for Crusade for Children.
